Founder Ben Fernando spent over two decades in corporate finance while turning his attention to real estate, starting not with a skyscraper, but a distressed 4-plex he restored while balancing his finance career. Project after project, one principle became clear: with vision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail, anything can be transformed into enduring value.
